We can do that, as we specialize in crowd-sourced research of that sort and are obviously heavily familiar with the subject matter at this point. Via Operation Metal Gear, we've spent the last two weeks looking into this network of firms and agencies involved in persona management, data collection and modeling, etc. We've been working with Barry Friedman, an unusual old genius whose brother is helping to run the upcoming NATO conference on this sort of thing and who knows all the players involved; I referred to him as my psyops fellow to you, I think. We operate out of both IRC and Skype, delegating research to a group of about a dozen people who have been picked from Anonymous by virtue of their performance. I've already briefed him on the document. Incidentally, the guy has been involved in the software industry from the beginning and also reps Col. Alexander, who ran Los Alamos psyops division for quite a while and who just came out with a book; goes way back with Gilman Louie, whose name will come up constantly as you get deeper into this niche industry.

That's really what has to happen next - whoever did HBGary functionally served a warrant and the DoJ won't build the case, so someone is going to have to do it for them.
