Problem is that people like Aaron Barr, who are not mature enough to hold that kind of capability, were brought on for consultation, which is to say that Booz cannot just produce such a capability and ensure that it will only be used for purposes of good. Some time I'll tell you a bit more about why Anonymous fears this sort of thing and has to punch hard to send a message that anyone who creates virtual people for use by a state
