I am Col. Daniel Stanley, I am writing you this day due to my official 
assignments but do hope that this letter gets to you in good faith. I am
a British soldiers attached to the International Security Assistance 
(BSISAFA) Forces in Afghanistan. In one of our operations against 
insurgence group in Lashkar Gah near Kandahar, we recovered a number of 
items including some consignments, one of the consignments contained 
US$8 Eight Million United State dollars. I was assigned to take the items
including the consignments back to our barracks. On a closer inspection, 
I discovered that For some reasons which I will explain to you when we meet,
I kept this consignment with a diplomatic vault. 
 
I have concluded arrangements to have this consignment removed through a 
diplomat attached to the red Cross for future investment in your country 
since I am not obliged to leave my duty post at the moment so that as soon 
as I am relieved of my service I can come to your country for disbursement
