This
is the evidence (attachments) needed to convict HBGary federal, it's parent
company HBGary, Aaron Barr, and Greg Hoglund, at least as far as their
activities relate to my person.
With the exception of Dan's article
above, I have barely been able to get any press attention to my side of this
story. The press wants to paint these criminals as victims for the most part.
By this time the FBI has probably figured out that these guys are
idiots. This may NOT, however, have resulted in the withdrawl of warrant for my
arrest (which I have not strolled into the FBI to ask...).
Considering
indefinite detention without evidence of a crime went into effect today in the
US, I would prefer not to spend the rest of my life awaiting a trial that will
never come for things I did not do.
There is also the possibility that
the injuring parties have sent paid killers after me, as they may view this as a
more cost effective solution than even an out of court settlement. Given their
ties to the FBI and CIA this is not an unreasonable or paranoid
suspicion.
The ACLU, EFF, and Cyberlaw Foundation have all refused me
legal counsel... I find this strange since it would appear this case falls under
their mission statements.
Strangely,
I have not gotten a response from them either.
To sum, I am still hiding
as a fugitive. I have been moving approximately weekly since this started, when
I was contacted by Aaron Barr on Feb. 5th. I have been unable to acquire the
most basic legal counsel to even clear myself with the FBI.
If you ever
gave a rat's ass about me, the time to help is now.
I admit that this is
a mass mail, and a desperate attempt to insure that even if I disappear, the
reason and evidence for my disappearance does not.

Margaret Atwood's Oryx and Crake: One of her characters asks, "As
a species we're doomed by hope, then?" By hope? Well, yes. Hope drives us to
invent new fixes for old messes, which in turn create ever more dangerous
messes. Hope elects the politician with the biggest empty promise; and as any
stockbroker or lottery seller knows, most of us will take a slim hope over
prudent and predictable frugality. Hope, like greed, fuels the engine of
capitalism.

Some retard by the name of Aaron Barr of the HBGary
Federal security firm was set to sell a supposed secret dossier he created to
the feds. Anonymous Operations attacked his site, defaced it - and downloaded
not only the report in question but all the firms E-Mail messages as a bonus !
When I first considered publishing this report, I thought that I would have to
go through and redact any info this moron managed to get right. I about died of
laughter when after three separate readings I was unable to find one single fact
this imbecile got correct. I certainly hope the feds were not going to spend to
much of our taxpayer money on this load of crap. So without further ado, here it
is --
And by the way, while we would like to thank Mr. Barr for
putting the PLF in his report and giving out our URL (we need all the hits we
can get !) I would like to say categorically that I am not, repeat NOT some guy
named Ben. Further more I am a founding member of the PLF and I know everyone
involved and I have never even heard of the two people he says are connected to
us.
