   We got Congressman Rangel on a call tonight. I got after him about Manning and he had a nice thing to say, but we shall see about effort.

   He was much more interested in HBGary and the targeting of SEIU, which is a big supporter for him. Now the 20 Dems already on him will be sending his staff information and we'll see if we get him on board.
