The discrepancy between the rise to soft power of Anonymous and the acknowledgement of this by the media shows that our media is not equipped to warn of threats to the system. The fact that Anonymous will not only continue to exist but expand even after the next round of interference from certain "law enforcement" personnel should demonstrate that the system itself is unable to defend itself against the dynamics of of the present, which are fare more formidable than those of even the recent past, which will soon be eclipsed by those of the near future. Even those who continue to support the system of interlocking nation-states should be concerned about what it is that is going to happen when this dynamic comes into more complete fruition. But if the states were capable of adapting to circumstances, none of what is now being done would be necessary or even likely. The states evolved in a different environment than that which has suddenly come to exist and they will either reform or be cut down to size by an unprecedented global correction driven by those who favor liberty and transparency over statism and secrecy. Shall we have a controlled burn of the states, or shall we continue to let the states run wild against the individuals who truly comprise humanity?
