Gentlemen,
These documents show a total of $36 Million for AFE. This is well below an amount that Doug Johnston will probably be interested in showing to his institutional investors. Also, there is no reference to what interest is being sold and on what terms. I heard terms that seemed favorable in the discussions with Robert and Sam, but see no reference in the materials.
I need to visit with you about these projects and terms between us and SK /Spicer/etc. These seem to be good projects, but the terms and size of investment will define who/what will be interested in participating.
