Barrett's apartment furniture consists of a bed, a desk, two completely full bookshelves, two plastic lawn chairs, lounge chair and ottoman. The carpet, walls, furniture, lamps and bed are all some shade of brown/taupe/beige that blend in together.
Due to space limitations, the only useful, interesting shots (depending on what equipment the crew has and how much equipment can fit in the place) would possibly be:
- wide/medium shot of him sitting at his desk
- close-up of him on the Anon IRC channels at his computer (a tiny laptop)
- panning up/down his bookshelves filled with political books
- the taxidermy bobcat on his wall (his father had a hobby of safari hunting in Africa)
Exterior of apartment/apartment complex is uninteresting. His apartment is on the second floor. The stairs are located outside, in the courtyard. The courtyard is barren and uninteresting. The exterior of the apartment is brown. The route from the apartment complex to Quarter Bar would be a pleasant shot.
Quarter Bar / Breadwinners (restaurant), bar Barrett frequents that is one block away
If a shot is wanted of the reporter and Barrett sitting at some sort of table, facing each other, Quarter Bar/Breadwinners may be more ideal and comfortable for the bulk of the interview due to space and technical limitations of his apartment.
- two semi-enclosed/diffused light outdoor patios
- rooftop patio (plenty of light)
- This alternate location has plenty of space and natural light. It would accommodate a crew and equipment sufficiently.
The weather forecast says Tuesday will be SUNNY with a 64°F high, so this location seems advantageous.
