selfish reasons: to have an idea how fast I should get my wife out of there.
Rwanda isn't your typical "regime against the people" country. It's more that
the dictator belongs to one tribe and the other (correctly) feels rather
left in the cold. The result is that when (not if) the situation explodes there,
another civil war is on the cards. Sub-Saharan Africa is quite a
different deal from North Africa...
