In the meantime I can also tell you that I'm in early talks with a fellow who wrote the bulk of Nepal's constitution to create a sample framework for Tunisia that we would provide to them by way of a certain government minister. Another option for you is to  download an IRC client and go to irc.anonops.in and then #reporter or #opiran.

Thanks. I did just try dialling the number below but am getting a recorded message saying the number can't be completed as dialled. Can I just double check the I have the right number: 512-560-2302? And, is that a US country dialling code or some other?
