Having skimmed a bit for now, I would advise you to read some of the op-eds I've written on the subject, particularly my piece from a year ago, Anonymous, Australia, and the Nation State as well as my upcoming al-Jazeera op-ed. At this point I can also tell you that I am in early discussions with a fellow who wrote the bulk of the constitution for a certain formerly war-torn nation and that I am putting together a plan that we believe will set in motion those things that ought to happen over the next decade. Those who would like to be involved should let me know and also quietly spread the word.
