If I follow so far, your talking to the same legal guy I did the other night when they delivered the statement. Most of those WL and BoA emails linked I used for the story I did, and helped a few others with.

So if I'm missing something, its lack of sleep catching up.

Also, the Forbes story. The CrowdLeaks reporter was posting source and due to write about that... Can I report on the Stux copies and the source code plans?
