I haven't done a good of communicating the seriousness of this situation and I'd like to now. First off, I love you, and you have been a fantastic mother. You worked so hard and did so against any number of odds that I'll never face. Because of your sacrifices, I was able to have a wonderful childhood despite everything that happened to us and despite my own faults. And of course I have oftentimes failed to support myself financially and unlike many other parents, you nonetheless helped me. I know that you worry that you have been an enabler, but for the most part, you have been an enabler in the literal sense of having enabled me to think, write, and otherwise do the things I'd have been able to do had dad not been hit by the Feds and otherwise been an idiot. I don't know if you really believe it yet, but I'm about to have a lot of money. This has just been confirmed. And even if had not been, it's pretty obvious now that I have any number of profitable projects at my disposal, and this is because of the way you managed to raise me and your selfless support of me through all of these years in which the worst parts of my personality came through.

I love you, and will see you tomorrow.
