IGNORE A JUDICIAL BRANCH RULING that ObamaCare is VOID. The media is fostering the misperception that when Judge Roger Vinson ruled that ObamaCare was unconstitutional, he
didn't request an injunction against the law's provisions going into effect while the cases are held up in court.
BUT HE DID. He specifically addressed the injunction issue by writing that, "Injunctive relief is an "extraordinary" and "drastic" remedy. It is even more so when the party to be enjoined is the federal government, for there is a long-standing presumption"that officials of the Executive Branch will adhere to the law as declared by the court. As a result, the declaratory judgment is the functional equivalent of an injunction." In other words, IT IS GENERALLY ACCEPTED THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES WILL UPHOLD THE LAW. Since ObamaCare has been declared unconstitutional, it is null and void and the Department of Health and Human Services should cease its implementation immediately!

The Obama Administration, the HHS and the Internal Revenue Service are all staffing up and pretending this ruling doesn't exist. A senior White House officiall said, "This is not the last word by any means. We are quite confident it won't stand."
This is a full-blown denial of a court ruling.
ObamaCare does not have a "severability clause," which means the unconstitutional provisions cannot be struck down while the rest of it stands. And it doesn't matter anyway, because the mandate to purchase health insurance is the
cornerstone of the legislation. Even Obama's deputy senior advisor Stephanie Cutter admits on the White House blog that without the individual mandate, ObamaCare would be "cost prohibitive," "would lead to double digit premiums increases," and "would significantly increase the cost [of] health care spending nationwide." In fact, "the only way" to make it all work is to enforce the individual mandate
THE ENTIRE LAW MUST BE REPEALED. The American people must not allow this administration to willfully and defiantly defy a court ruling!
