Spoke at length with both folks you referred and I think it was very fruitful. In addition to collecting info on what happened when and where, I  gave them both a primer on what should and should not be done with regard to future contact with law enforcement etc. Also made sure that both were in "compliance" at this point with whatever "obligations" they might otherwise still have vis-a-vis the subpoenas  etc. This includes communications with the agents. For now, to the degree possible, things are "under control". In any event there is not much more I can do without funds to get going as it would involve a lot of research, travel, investigations, and interviews etc. In this regard I have reached out to a number of other attorneys and forensic folks who are prepared to join in should a fight in earnest begin. I would note that Congress is starting to flex its muscles around the issue of "hacking" etc. both in terms of expanding criminal and civil sanctions- this info comes from a buddy of mine who is a well placed lobbyist in DC. There is no doubt in my mind that this is going to turn even more ugly in the coming months and people should really gear up for a big battle on a number of fronts in a number of ways. Meanwhile, by all means, keep me informed on what is happening. I was glad to help in whatever small way that I could. Also you should know that I gave a few provocative statements to a journalist for the Village Voice who is apparently doing a piece.
