We have a lawyer in CA who has just agreed to represent one or more individuals who have been subpoenaed, but doesn't quite feel up to speed enough to comment just yet.

You might want to speak with Barrett Brown (barriticus@gmail.com)--he said you could contact him. He's an activist who contacted the NLG about securing our assistance and he's closely involved...
