I'm working on a story about the DoJ's efforts to prosecute individuals associated with Anonymous and the DDoS attacks against PayPal and others.
The NYT mentioned that you're helping to organize legal assistance for some of those arrested and released recently. Do you have a couple of minutes to talk. I'm interested in your sense of what DoJ's strategy is here. Is this about making some examples from a few people associated with Anonymous. Are they trying to go after leaders in the hopes of beheading the group (which seems unlikely, give the nature).
And I'm also just interested in what exactly people are being charged with. From a legal perspective, this is a tricky move on their part.
