Hi, Adrian-

First off, we do indeed have lawyers that are provided advice to three of the major Anons who were raided. The National Lawyers Guild has asked one of its members in California to handle this and I've spoken to him a couple times and provided copies of the relevant warrants and subpoena documents. I'm supposed to speak to him again later today. His name is Doron Weinberg. I've also been speaking with Stanley Cohen, who was recommended to me by NYC activist John Penley (with whom I and other Anons are speaking in NYC city hall steps April 7th alongside the exec dir of National Lawyer's Guild; Barry Eisler and Glenn Greenwald are scheduled to speak via relay). I'll be speaking to Cohen against this weekend after he and his staff have finished another deadline and looked over the documents. The EFF will also provide assistance once lawyers are assigned. I'm working on obtaining others and expect to do so within the week.

I can also tell you that you should talk to John over there at Gawker, as I've just told him about a bizarre instance of libel by which someone at the ABC affiliate in Freso that ran our press releases is claiming that we hacked their site and put them up. In fact, I have a 30-message long e-mail thread with the producer of that station which clearly shows that they asked for those press releases and even edited them. The web director appears to have made that claim directly to John, who asked me about it last night. The news director is likely source of the lie. Disney was upset at their running those press releases and had them pulled yesterday morning or sooner, hard to say exactly. Certain parties are clearly concerned about losing their jobs and seem not to realize how easy it is to verify this. I'm frankly stunned and I'm not easy to stun these days.
