I'd suggest asking in #OpEgypt or #OpTunisia. I had nothing to do with the care package, but rather the Guide to Protecting the North African Revolutions, which can be easily shown to have been distributed through activist networks on the ground, etc.

Hi guys,

I had a couple questions about specifics of the Care Packages, faxes
to Egypt and Swift Assist for my GP article:

From my editor: "The care package thing seems a bit abstract unless we
can show specific outcomes, or unless we have someone in Tunisia/Egypt
who says "this was really important bcs..." with a compelling
explanation."

Do you know of anyone you can put me in contact with in Tunisia or who
has news from anyone in Egypt that this stuff is getting disseminated?
Are people using the care packages and receiving the faxes with
information on accessing internet? I think this is one of the more
important (as opposed to DDoSing) things Anons are doing to help on
the ground, but I need backup/proof...

Thanks so much for your help, let me know if you have anything.

Talk soon,
A
