My FB status update:

Vodaphone's CEO would have you think the company is essentially a machine, insentient, to be operated in a binary fashion with the flip of a switch.  That's bullshit.  They could have dragged their heels in the face of the Egyptian government's Internet shutdown request; instead, they clicked them.  They had a choice, and they chose to side with repression.
