I trust him to do the right thing, and he can pay me a dollar for consideration. No rush though, turns out that the 40 who went down yesterday were all involved in Operation Payback six months ago, so even if feds come after me - which is unlikely due to my status and my relationships with major civil liberties orgs - it won't be for quite a while. Love. Also, I wrote this, and ABC is interviewing me later today: http://abclocal.go.com/kfsn/story?section=news/national_world&id=7924826

what payment does he get for his services?
a contact has to have both sides giving and getting.

it will be in the event that you are incapacitated or unable to publish, right?  how long do you have to be gone for it to take effect? and when does he have to publish it by? (so he can't sit on it forever)
