We have to stop with these last minute announcements for meetings. It limits the attendance to people in the US - us euro types dont like to be excluded!
Announce the meetings 24 hours in advance. Even 12 hours would be nice. Put them on commons. They will show up on everyone's calendars, and we can all be there!
