If he releases anyone's personal info I'll either hack his site or have it DDOSed.

Not worried about that.  the best they could do is petition wordpress.com to take the blog down, and I don't see that happening.

I do worry about spreading around personal info, though.

Tell Daedalus to let me know immediately if LGF really does try something technical. Not sure what you know about me or my background but I have some very top people in IT industry on my side.

I would simply record on youtube while playing any important parts, and yes, you'd be looking at my room or whatever. But I listened to three quarters of that tape last night and really don't see anything there. The majority of it is me recruiting him for what would become Project PM. He doesn't come off as a bad guy at all, largely because he's the same as everybody else as long as he's unthreatened, as he is when being interviewed by someone who likes him and is enthusiastic about his work, as I was then. I suppose this might be useful if he decides to take his commenters' lead and claim we never worked together or something. I think we should keep it to ourselves for now. And yeah, I'd love to do a guest post on blogmocracy.

yea that banning is really just the tip of the iceberg, and not all that surprising.   he's created a climate there where people celebrate when someone gets the boot, too.  people have been booted for any reason under the sun.  but it is his blog, i guess.  but there's a sickness there

the irony is that he thinks he's making his comment section more pleasant for his sensibilities but he's actually hurting his credibility.  after all, if no one there is going to check his facts or point out where he's wrong (even on the silly stuff), well, he's going to keep being wrong, and other writers are going to call him on it.

In any case, I wonder how you'd be able to get that interview to me if you can't upload it (other than the youtube idea; can you just do audio on youtube, or would we see an image of your wall or something? LOL)

as far as helpin you out goes, the blogmocracy is probably the better forum for it.  I have admin access there too, and could post up something for you.  Sounds fun, actually.

As for the rest, I don't recall him really puffing himself up at all. Like everyone, he's a mixed bag. The only reason I'm spending time going after him is because he's decided that he and his buddies can attack Wikileaks without regard for facts and can libel their enemies for taking contrary positions. Basically anyone who engages in intellectual dishonesty, no matter their politics, is my enemy, particularly if they do so in a way that unfairly hurts others. In some cases, like with R.S. McCain, I'll hold off if he redeems himself by helping my work, even by accident. I really was stunned to see how he conducted himself at the site, banning that one fellow for pointing out his hypocrisy vis a vis reason.

Again, I'll help with whatever I can on this no matter what, but if you'd like to repay the favor, perhaps at some point you can post a short appeal to conservatives to help with our operations in North Africa? Of course I'd be willing to show you exactly what we're doing and why so that you can be certain that it is something you'd support.

Just started listening to it. I've got one here that's about an hour long and I think another. There's no plug/cord because it's a cheap one I got from Radioshack when I was still a junkie and couldn't spare monies. You can have the whole recording if you'd like, but I'm just going to go through and see if anything in particular sticks out first.

hmmm...interesting.

So you have this interview but never put it on the web.  Sounds like a neat DoD exclusive!  LOL  too bad you can't plug it in.  are you missing the cord or something?

On the other hand, CJ is pretty yawn-inducing in the interviews I've seen.  But since we pwn him on pretty much everything, we'd be able to tell pretty quick if he was full of BS on anything.  Can I assume that since your article on him was relatively positive, he puffed himself up pretty substantially?

Anyway, I'm sure we'd be able to find a use for whatever you're willing to give us.

I have them on my digital recorder here. Can't plug into the computer or I'd send them along. Will listen to them now while I play Battlefield 2 or whatever it is that I do when I'm not doing whatever it is that I do for a living. Guess I can record a YouTube while I play it so that I can verify anything that proves useful.

Just sent you the first e-mail, can't send them all at once for some reason unless I'm just doing it wrong. I'll go ahead and listen to my recorded conversations from when I interviewed him to see if there's anything good there, too.

hey Barrett do you still have that email where CJ asked for that dude's IP addy?  I know you posted it in the comments section back in Dec. but it would probably help having it in my inbox as well, if that's OK.

That email you posted was timestamped Apr. 8 2010
