My Fellow American,
Politically, the "gloves are off." Barack Hussein Obama will now GO AROUND Members of Congress and the American people via EXECUTIVE ORDERS and "SECRETARIAL ORDERS"... because that is now the only way he will be able to push his radical agenda forward. Mr. Obama will EVADE Congress simply because he no longer CONTROLS the House of Representatives.
He will use whatever means are available to him to seize the control to "legislate" away from Congress. In short, he literally wants to RULE you!
Whatever means at his disposal through Executive Orders and Secretarial Orders (who ever heard of a Secretarial Order?) to implement what Congress won't entertain legislatively. Executive Orders are pretty much veto-proof unless Congress overrules the White House edicts. And, since it takes a majority in both Houses of Congress to rescind an Executive or Secretarial Order, the odds of that happening in the Harry Reid Senate are slim to none.
As a voter, you can challenge him. And, as a voter, you can challenge both the House and Senate to take the White House to task for legislating through what amounts to a Fiat Dictatorship. What he is now doing to ram his agenda through the 112th Congress without a single vote cast in favor of his social progressive agenda is just simply wrong.
Executive Orders are legally not binding on anyone except the employees of the Executive Branch. Secretarial Orders are binding only on the employees of the agency issuing them. Neither have the force of law. You must help us to literally STOP this President from over-stepping his boundaries by riding rough-shod over the laws of our great land. His Chicago-style politics will now take front and center stage: outright bribery, arm-twisting and back-room shady deals. John Podesta, a former Chief of Staff to Bill Clinton, published a detailed report calling on Obama to "use all levels of his power and authority to move the country forward." According to Podesta, Obama should use his "substantial executive authority to make and implement policy... using authorities... such as Executive Orders, rule-makings, agency management and public-private partnerships."
Podesta and his fellow Progressives are demanding that Mr. Obama ignore the American people and Congress; to implement his liberal agenda by regulatory fiat.

The bottom line: President Obama wants to rule YOU and America, not by Congressional legislation and judicial law, but by Executive Orders and Secretarial regulations.
Speaker-of-the-House John Boehner, in his opening remarks as Speaker, said: "This government belongs solely to the PEOPLE!" Not Mr. Obama. Not his Executive Orders. Voters overwhelming said they wanted LESS GOVERNMENT! Quite frankly, that goes against the grain of Barack Obama and his radical agenda.
Progressive legislators want to REGULATE YOU by "hook or crook." They are willing to close their eyes to this abuse of the Constitution because, in their eyes, Executive Orders and Secretarial Orders get the job they can't legislate, done. But please join me in saying, "No more!" The Obama "over-reach" must come to a screeching halt! His disastrous plan to "redistribute the wealth" or control free speech through Executive Orders implemented by his bureaucratic minions (that even the federal courts have said exceeds the congressional and constitutional authority of the Executive Branch) must end. Congress needs to stand up and say "No More!"
Do you understand the significance what is happening right now? Our Republic is slipping from our grasp as members of Congress allow a Fiat Dictator to assume authority the Congress has not given him, and regulate laws never enacted. Liberty stolen is never returned. This is not about party politics because there is no "party" in authoritative one person rule. There is only autocratic rule. As long as they let him, the guy in the White House will continue to sidestep both Republicans and Democrats in Congress and the Constitution of the United States.

Make no mistake. Ruling by decree is not the American way. While Benedict Arnold might approve of what Barack Obama is doing, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson would be turning over in their graves. It's not enough to agree with me now. The American people need to understand that Executive Orders and Secretarial Orders may be convenient for the guy in the Oval Office to ram through his agenda, but whether the person doing the ramming is a Democrat or a Republican, the use of Executive Orders to decree "law" is still wrong, and the use of Secretarial Orders to implement green laws that Congress could not enact, borders on criminality and should be an offense. Wake up, America!
The United States needs to rein in all of the unnecessary bureaucracy, including many of the so-called "fiat regulators." When the Congress of the United States enacts a burdensome law, the Constitution gives us the right to fire them. When the Executive Branch bureaucracy, which was not created by the Constitution, assumes rights it does not possess to both legislate and adjudicate, its time to get rid of that bureaucracy---and those who give them a free pass to do what we would fire them for doing.

My Friend, I have said all I could. The United States of America is in real peril. It is facing the same perils faced by the Weimar Republic in 1933. The German people, who were hungry and wanted jobs, didn't listen to the warnings. Instead, they let Chancellor Adolph Hitler rule "by decree." Once he possessed the arbitrary power of the Executive Decree, it took him exactly 39 days to destroy the Weimar Constitution and establish an iron-fisted dictatorship.
