Currently we are having problems with one of the hosts on 2
servers. I'd like to pin them down on some stuff because I'm sure
it doesn't match up with their TOS. Unfortunately their TOS is
removed from their site.

So the first logical question would be: is a host for Virtual
Private Servers supposed to have the TOS online at all times for
the public to read?

Furthermore it comes down on that we can't use 2 boxes due to them.
