Spent the afternoon tracking down the names of those who failed to get recorded to the Participant List and the Mailing List since the failed handoff of maintenance. If you notice other folks who are dropped balls, add them to the spreadsheet and the mailing list.
Barrett, below are those added to the mailing list today. Look through this list, delete those to whom you already sent the rally material (probably allison, nikki, kundra, gregg h, robert green, and lipp?), and those remaining probably did not get the message.
(Allison has been on the participant list for a long time, but we did not have an e-mail address recorded; same for Saldana.) (Also we do not have an e-mail address for Nikki's awesome brother, so add that.)
I have not had a chance to work with the program that Sundeep came up with for automating these functions; I will do that at the next window of opportunity.
Science/Journalism sheet looked to be in good shape; I removed one duplicate entry and changed some entries to last-name-first.
