This is a simple one advise people who may come in contact with state security elements with cameras to wear hats and sunglasses and more than one shirt over another one so they can rapidly change their appearance.

flash backs come to mind to the spanish social revolution, while some comrades wanted to focus on fighting Franco and the fascist first, then the revolution, others wanted to do the revolution at the same time. I am for the last option since if you let the military and the politicians rule your live again then is almost impossible to do any real change.

This is all well and good but for now they need advice on street tactics.

Fine, but I think Chris is in the right direction, we should also show them some ideas so they can build a new society with out capitalism, you can not have liberty in a system that is made to control and profit over each other, to give them advice not only in street tactics but also on ideas on how to administer and make coops and assamblys to decide by consensus could help. let's teach them how to take in their own hands their lives and the means of production.... just my opinion.. We set up something like this in the Lower East Side called the eviction watch where if the cops showed up to evict a squat phone numbers had been collected of people who were willing to show up and stop it. About 5 people had all the numbers and each squat had those numbers. If the cops showed up the people under threat called all 5 people with all the other numbers and they all started calling people on the list. We were able to turn out hundreds of people in a short amount of time and it was amazing.

I learned this in Nicaragua from the Sandinistas who learned it from the Cubans. People should set up block by block groups which can link to a central neighborhood one. Each block elects a block coordinator who is responsible for meetings and reporting to other block captains. The people who already know each other set up block security and other positive block activities like food and medical assistance. If state or hooligan elements come onto the block everyone responds and kids who act as runners and have been already to who to go to on other blocks in the hood go and call on their neighbors to come to the block with problems for a massive rapid show of force.

Hey, our second document is going to be advice and tactics for those Tunisians participating in riots or who otherwise find themselves subject to government crowd dispersal members. This will be made on a collaborative online document to which I'll send you the link in a bit. Can you please assist, and bring in others with experience in these matters?

First document available here. http://www.facebook.com/l/178eeFFywW9v-ecX7AWhi21PCXw;www.dailykos.com/story/2011/1/15/936628/-Guide-to-safety-for-Tunisians,-please-distribute

Another, advising on the establishment of secure, net-based revolutionary networks, will be out soon.
As I've noted here over the past two weeks, factions of Anonymous, including quite a few Tunisians, have been supporting the Tunisian people in their current revolution against the corrupt and undemocratic government that had ruled over them for years. Our efforts have now switched from DDOS attacks
