I can answer some of your questions.
As you correctly assumed, yellow highlighting indicates that the person is a writer. The remaining colors are pairs setup by Emma, who i have CCed to this email. Emma can let you know if she has reached out to anyone with regards to their specific couplings.

Sorry for the delay, things have been nuts. I don't understand the color codes myself, actually, but I believe Scott set that up so I've cc'd him. If that's right, then it looks like two potential matches are Amy Dahl and Chris Davis (Chemistry) and C Cedwyn and Ana Krieger and/or Lauren Lipuma.
It seems like the big issue right now is that we don't have enough writers/enough information about the writers we do have. I'm going to send out some emails asking some of the writers what their interests are, if that's alright? Campbell Vertesi (from the participant list) seems like they might be able to connect us to some bloggers/writers, do you know if anyone has been in contact with them since their initial expression of interest?
