I just got off the phone with Nathalie. In order to honor an old barter agreement with Barrett, she is willing to do the design but not actual programming. If we decide to proceed with her programmers the costs will be discounted. For example, she mentioned that if we need her people to do the CSS, rather than having someone at PPM do it, then she will simply pass through her costs of $200-$250.

Items we need to begin thinking of are as follows:

• target audiences
• purposes
• brand (idea)
• graphics (what sites do you like)
• do you have any stock photos
