Jonathan-

Barrett Brown here. Thanks again for having gotten in touch regarding the Sci/Journ program, which will proceed soon thanks to the efforts of Seb Gillen, whom I've asked to help administrate the program and whom I've cc'd on this. I'm writing my next column for Skeptical Inquirer about the NASA press conference last month on arsenic-based lifeforms and just noticed that they've also now revealed this:

Can you tell me, based on what you know, if this is an accurate assessment of the discovery? And if I run across some media accounts, would you be willing to take a look and let me know if they have adequately represented the situation?
