James Cantrell mentions me in his book. He refers to my "genocidal meaning".
1. Treasonous, murderous, racist terrorists do not constitute a "race," therefore the word "genocide" is incorrect.
2. Treason and murder combined with racial terrorism are capital crimes, whether Cantrell likes the implications or not. That's why the Confederates had to be pardoned. As a consequence of this, they were free to murder and terrorize tens of millions of blacks---into the 21st Century.
So, yes, the race problems that wrack America are a result of not executing the Confederates as per the law of 1865 and the law of 2011.
Cantrell will note that in my essay I did not say that the Confederates "should" have been executed.
