I sent it to him quite a while ago but he didn't respond. Feel free to send along to him - although it's not going to be going in the book now as it didn't fit well in the first place and there's too many nice things about Charles Johnson. I did write my first piece for The Guardian the other day which mentions McCain, but not by name. He didn't seem to mind anyway. At any rate, I didn't accuse him of being a potentially violent criminal like he to me, so I'm sure he'll be fine with it. Anyway, hope you had a Merry Christmas. I'm busy fucking with this guy that was mean to my girlfriend. More later. Lol.
