Read it, love it. More this evening. That quote, btw:

The real prospects for democracy depend on something else. They depend on how the people in the rich and privileged societies learn some other lessons, for example, the lessons being taught right now by Mayans in Chiapas, Mexico, who are among the most impoverished and oppressed sectors on the continent, but unlike us they retain a vibrant tradition of liberty and democracy, a tradition that we have allowed to slip out of our hands or simply be stolen from us. Unless people here and in the other rich and privileged societies can recapture and revitalize that tradition, the prospects for democracy are indeed dim.

Excellent.
I called myself an anarcho-syndicalist at 13; I was very "too punk for you," had Liberty Spikes, went to a bunch of Crucifux shows. I'm still good for wide-eyed idealism, but I really am mostly shit with politics.
I'll see how much direct data I can imput from the wiki and vid-I'm used to algorithms, but this is a bit different.

Also, link to the schematic as presented in the wiki, and also the video made a few days back if you think it might be helpful as well.

I was an anarchist beforehand, when I was 13, having read Alexander Berkman - and as such I was a different sort of anarchist back then. My current brand of anarchism is informed by those values that I've either retained or adopted since then as well as by the developments in what is possible due to the internet, so one might say that I have my own particular tendency.

Did you arrive or leave an anarchist? The only Chomsky quote I can remember is about Mayans in Chiapas. I need to catch up on my homework on you, usually I'm much more thorough.
My Cambridge Neurosci link will be up tomorrow, I'd like to include a link to PM-which?

I really don't know much about the subject. I did an investigation into Permaculture as practiced in Mexico as one of my first jaunts into journalism back when I used to work at a Mexican paper in the summers while with my grandma. It's something that I do have an interest in.

I was mostly curious if you were privy to any information. Most of the time these invites are an opportunity to pay dues, little more. Thanks for taking a look

Based on that, it looks like a fine organization that we could possibly interface with at some point in the future; congrats.
