I am Clark Robinson, a retired lawyer from Chicago, who has been working with Barrett Brown on Project PM.  Here a couple of documents to give you some background on Project PM: one contains some instructions on accessing our #projectpm IRC channel as well as some statements and blog posts capturing Barrett's thinking written when the concept of Project PM was evolving. The other two documents are just lists of links, one to Barrett's informative (and entertaining) videos relating to Project PM and other issues, and the other a list of links to older articles and posts by Barrett related to Project PM.  I hope you can join us on IRC; there is often a meeting early in the evening on Wednesday nights, around 6 or 7 PM east coast time.  If you have questions, I will glad to answer them.
