Thanks for writing. I enjoyed your posts at LGF. Yeah, I am sort of embarrassed about having praised Johnson quite a bit in print, as I'm trying to establish my capabilities as someone who can pick good bloggers and journalists from bad.

I saw the flame war on LGF, and then later on Diary of Daedelus (those guys are fucking crazy, as i'm sure you have noticed by now). Unfortunately, Charles is more than a little bit of an authoritarian, to put it mildly, and as such, is ill equipped to understand something like Anonymous without immediately seeing it as a threat. I don't agree.

I also don't agree that wikileaks is a sure sign of the impending apocalypse, that criticism of Israel automatically equates to anti-semitism, and that journalists don't interview those accused of crimes without necessarily endorsing with the actions of the people they interview.
