You can also let Robert know that due to the circumstances, I will not be filing libel charges against him next week as I had originally planned. I still consider his intellectual dishonesty to be ridiculous, but Johnson is the more important target. Having said that, if McCain decides to state that this is due to anything else than my conflict with Johnson, I will immediately file. If he thinks I'm kidding, he can look at the case law; a blogger in California was successfully sued for libel for much less than what McCain did. He knows perfectly well that my lawyer is good and worked on the 9/11 firefighter responder case that her firm won against NYC, among other things,, which is why he refrained from joining in the jeering in the comments about how she doesn't exist or is some family friend, etc. I can walk and chew bubble gum at once but I prefer not to. I am enraged at having damaged my credibility in choosing bloggers by praising Johnson and will be dedicating the entirety of my daily "plotting time" to driving Johnson nuts.

Please also tell Robert that I wish him and his family a Merry Christmas.

As for Johnson, he's deleted the relevant comments and anyway there were a lot of threads involved, but Kilgore Trout claimed I was probably being funded by the Russian mafia and Charles banned someone for pointing out that he linked to Reason despite not allowing others to do so, and now he is falsely claiming that I "outed" a commenter.
