Barrett, the CRU emails should be something you yourself are talking about without any prompting from outside, if you really want Wikileaks to be considered seriously as an information source. But okay, here goes:
What function does Wikileaks actually serve if they are going to non-critically publish propaganda created for specific political purposes? What barrier is there, then, to them being used as a propaganda tool by, among other entities, the nation-states and corporations?
