At our Wednesday meeting, we determined that it would be useful to set aside time to specifically discuss our methods for invitation of new members, privacy concerns, and statistics gathering, outside of the confines of the weekly steering meeting.

Our meetings are typically in the evening (7 PM Eastern Time) but some of us are more flexible than others. Would a meeting this weekend fit for everyone? Perhaps Saturday or Sunday afternoon, Eastern time?
