I should have mentioned that the reason that I thought of bringing you on board is because Erik wants to shake things up at the site and asked me about how we could implement some sort of structural changes, and I figured a new voice would help, too. As per below, he wants to hold off on bringing on anyone else until they've gotten those changes designed and put up, at which point he'd love to have you on. So he'll get back to you probably in the next couple of months.

Forgot to reply to this. That's fine that you brought it up with him. I think for now, until we can hammer out the structural issue, we'll hold off bringing anyone else aboard. Nothing against Barry at all, who I think would be excellent. Once we've worked this out, we'll definitely extend the invitation.
