Sorry again for not getting back to you sooner. I've shared some documents with you and in a second I'll forward to you something from earlier this morning that will give you a better sense of what we're doing with the Africa program.

Well, if it’s a secret that even late nights and heavy drinking can’t bring out, I suppose that I’ll just have to wait.

I didn’t however receive the Google documents.  This was the only message I received.  I trust you’re well, if not fully up to speed, and I look forward to seeing them soon.

Best,

Jason

Jason-

Thanks for your interest in Project PM, skeptical as it may be; obviously the sort of inquiry you've made is more helpful to us than is the unequivocal sort, as it gives us a chance to review what we're doing and ensure that we're doing it as well as we could be.

In a moment I will share with you a couple of documents, including a partial membership roster which I promised. These are Google Docs which I believe you should be able to access from your account; otherwise, you might need to set up a Gmail account to do so; you'll find such an account to be convenient and it only takes a minute to set up anyway. Actually, let me know first if you have Gmail account, otherwise I'll just copy and paste the info into an e-mail for you.

At any rate, because you're with the Cato Institute and since I just got home and am drunk, I'll go so far as to tell you that there's more going on here than I've admitted thus far, but I think you'd approve if you knew.

Again, thanks for asking about PM.
