11:15 AM Karen: Are you okay? Call me, please?
11:16 AM me: I'm fine, why'd you wake me up?
Karen: Because you sent me a text at 12:45 a.m. that said, "Ready."
11:17 AM me: no, I didn't
Karen: Yup, it's right here on my cell phone.
11:18 AM me: no, mom, that's from when you were picking me up several days ago
11:19 AM Karen: Just sent it to you -- look at the date and time stamp on the text.
11:21 AM me: no, mom, I pushed the "reconcile" button on my phone last night to get it to start displaying me e-mails, it must have resent some texts. I didn't write you a text last night, that's a re-sending of one from recently.
11:22 AM Karen: OK, it just worried me. I thought maybe you meant you were "ready" to talk about your friend who died, as that was our last email conversation.
Also, mine stopped displaying emails last week. I believe if you take the battery out and then re-insert it can also reset that.
11:23 AM me: mine did too, the reconicile option worked for me
Karen: How do you access that?
11:24 AM me: while in messages, click button next to green accept button, scroll down to reconcile option
11:27 AM Karen: OK, thx. Liked your eulogy piece and all the other interesting things on LOOG like the AI, etc. But hope you'll let the McCain deal rest for awhile -- if you don't mind my saying, I respectfully submit that it's starting to appear a bit immature, as if you're lowering yourself to their level. I'm just saying, as your mother who loves you -- better not to respond and rise above it with your incredible intellect on an array of other subjects.
