11:22 PM Tavis Smiley's information is on-line and you can just tell his producer that you wrote a chapter dealing with a topic he just discussed (on Saturday I think) with Cornel West,
dealing with a guest Tavis Smiley has had on twice, in October 2002 and January 2006.
11:23 PM Mike Burke, producer for Democracy Now, contemplated having me on when I was being attacked in 2002. I forget what happened, whether they decided not to have me or whether I said I didn't want to go on (probably the former).
11:24 PM They did have on Ed Sebesta and James McPherson in 2000, and McPherson subsequently got attacked by the neo-Confederates and retracted his statements.
