Thanks, Kenneth, I'll address this along with your previous post soon; apologies for not having provided my answers sooner, but I've gotten busy.

Barrett,

Attached find a condensed version of an upcoming post on information motility, abridged for content related or at least perhaps pertinent to your post on AI as well as the network conception. I realize I am posing further quandry without waiting for a first reply, but I have a few more specific notions.

I've included your post in its entirety for the sake avoiding personal exhaustion as well as misrepresentation. Please feel free to inform me of a preference in attribution.

I'm interested to know if modular predictions and/or continuous study of the SciIn network is in fact a focus of its conception or more of a happy accident monopolised upon. I ask because prior to accepting my current position I had begun preliminary planning for a grant  studying the morphology of restricted access social networks. It would be a welcome diversion from my daily incisive observation as well as a useful vehicle for personal development to participate in the network's planning and implementation.

Also included, because I have the PDF: "The Upstart Algorithm: A method for constructing and training feed forward neural networks" by Marcus Frean, from the journal Neural Computation.

best
Kenneth
