I had a girl over here this morning and thank god I locked the door properly, and I think my response just now was much more polite than was warranted. Had I watched television instead of taking 15 minutes to write an article which you don't happen to like you would be happy. I wasn't "high" last night or this morning but I did get drunk last night for the first time in a long time during my first interaction with someone who is not you or dad or one of the people for whom I'm working in weeks. Even going to dinners with Lou Reese is intended to get him to invest in this screwed up business venture. I'm bringing in an associate of Reese's who has a quarter million to invest this week and am trying to finish my book proposal while also working on the several other major projects I have in the works. I'd appreciate it if you could be a little more measured in the messages you send me. The fact that you couldn't reach me for a whole fucking morning does not warrant this kind of behavior on your part.

When you make enough money to start supporting yourself you can make statements like that. For now, I would suggest that you get up in the mornings, fix a pot of coffee and get dressed to go into the office instead of sitting around hung-over/high and writing stupid stuff for no pay. This attitude is pretty insulting to the parents who are paying your rent and covering your expenses.

Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with the work of Hunter S. Thompson or William Burroughs.

This new post on Ordinary Gentlemen, "Free Advertising" -- makes you sound immature and unprofessional. Who would want to hire you for anything when you proudly admit to quitting projects mid-stream and sound like a 13-year-old sitting around with too much time on your hands, offering to do work for free?
