Hi Barrett,
Do you have contact info for Lou Reese? There are a few pieces of info that are attributed to him that I need to check.
Other than that here are some specifics I need to check:
1. Deep Ellum's collapse was due to stabbing occurrences at clubs and landlords not caring that the venues they rented out were bringing down the music district.
2. Year that Trees and Green Room reopened (and Green Room's expanded dining service).
3. John Reardon has received final approval to open a microbrewery.
4. Calais-Winery opened in 2008.

Do you have something specific you'd like to check? Most of my information
came from an interview I did with Lou Reese and the rest merely hinges on
the existence of certain venues which have opened up and which have websites
if you need to look into them. You could talk to Lou Reese if you'd like.
