Tonight I was alone in IRC, which made me realize that I have not done my part of updating the tasks spreadsheet. I believe maintaining an updated list of to-dos helps to maintain forward progression with Project PM.
While creating a new task spreadsheet, I was reviewing the prior one and its quite astonishing how many tasks have been completed since earlier this year. I think we all should be very proud of ourselves, especially considering other obligations that we each have and we all should be excited about Project PMs future!
In addition to sharing the new and improved task spreadsheet with everyone, I will be sharing an alternative version of the Science/Journalism spreadsheet. One of the tasks that I have assigned to myself it to find out from you all which versions is preferred.
Finally, kindly forward this email to anyone you see fit. Its increasingly difficult to maintain a list of contacts for emails such as these, which is further motivation for me to complete my task of establishing a mass mailing system. Also, please include persons of relevance as collaborators to the spreadsheets.
