Scott: also, no problem. me: you're qualified to speak for PM Scott: email sent, and cool man Scott: I know you're super busy and this isn't my place, but it may be worthwhile to send out an email to a select group of individuals thanking them for their hard work so far and encouraging them to maintain as high a level of contribution as possible. Scott: I only say this since there was a few week period there when we seemed to be running on all cylinders but the past couple of weeks have been more lackluster. i.e. last week's meeting was only 3 people for a large period of time. Scott: I think everyone could use a motivational boost from their leader :)
