That said, I was pleased to see Jason post the Randy Barnett links since the individual mandate's constitutionality is not the slam dunk its supporters think it is and that this debate IS being played out in the legal mainstream. Some of our commenters seem clueless to that fact.

The foreclosure mess has my attention these days. I knew the origination-to-securitization model was rotten to the core but I didn't realize it was this bad.
