It's not long -- 300 words -- and the focus would be Deep Ellum as the hot part of town again. Tim wants you to talk about the places you had discussed together -- the pizza place, the brewery, etc. -- but that is secondary to the WHY: real estate prices. They dropped making it attractive again (assumption there on my end I guess).
