Don't worry about the technical stuff, I don't know anything about programming either; mostly I'm just supervising to make sure that my schematic is properly implemented, but beyond that I leave it to them. But at any rate you understand the schematic, which is fundamentally simple, and the software-oriented talk will be over fairly soon anyway.

Also, based on your fist post, I know you work for some sort of organization involving immigrants to England or some such (and that's very admirable of you, nobility being rare among our age group), but what exactly do you do? As I probably mentioned, we'll have some need for you in our Africa program which you'll receive more info on presently (and which won't take much time), but if you keep checking in with the IRC channel, you'll quickly be brought up to speed on our more general work and can assist in advancing Project PM overall - which is what I'd like, as you would be most useful to me working with myself and the half-dozen advisors who assist me in running all of this.
